Here's what's "on tap" the final days of the Michigan Ren Cen!

HOLLY, MI, (Sep. 2014) – The Michigan Renaissance Festival provides a unique educational experience and entertainment opportunities for visitors of all ages.

ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR! Friday only, the Michigan Renaissance Festival will be hosting an all-day happy hour with a discounted ticket price of $12 that includes a beer. All Veterans, Military and First Responders, with proof of ID, will receive FREE admission to the Festival.

The final weekend of the Michigan Renaissance Festival kicks off early for Festival Friday on September 26th 2014. A tradition for over thirty years, Festival Friday brings unique educational, shopping and entertainment opportunities. School Day is a fantastic field trip destination for K-12 students, with lessons in music, costuming, combat and more. No longer will students be confined to studying History in books, now they can live it!

Friday also features the 2nd Annual Ladies Shopping Day brought to you by Pure Bliss Salon and Spa in Grand Blanc. At a discounted price of $20 dollars, this specialty ticket includes admission to the festival, a glass of wine and a coupon book full of great discounts from Festival Artisans. Festival goers will also receive an exclusive gift bag with extra discounts and gifts from local businesses.

Later that night, patrons will be attending the Royal Masquerade Ball.

Event sponsor, Chasse Ballroom and Latin Dance Studio, brings you a one-of-a-kind after-hours event that will have patrons dancing into the night as they enjoy a gourmet meal fit for royalty. The menu for the night includes delicious options, from truffle parmesan mashed potatoes to sautéed beef tenderloins with wild mushrooms and decadent desserts. Come dressed to impress and show off your most eccentric mask for a chance to win a weekend getaway for two.

The Michigan Renaissance Festival is a long-standing tradition whose 36th season that began on August 16th and ends on September 28th 2014. The Festival is open weekends and Labor Day, as well as Festival Friday, September 26th. The Festival is open from 10 am – 7 pm rain or shine. Admission at the gate: Adults $21.95; Children 5-12 $12.95; age 4 and younger get in free! Discount tickets are available at Kroger, Walgreens, Menards, Goodwill and Costco. Discount Coupons are available at Participating Subway and Dunkin Donuts. FREE Parking provided by Al Serra Auto Plaza.
